  Maybe I just got lucky! I have never lived in an apartment before and had no idea what to expect. I started looking a few months before moving and came back to Coldwater Springs many times. Shelly was so patient with me. Answered all my questions! Sara showing me the apartment for the 5th time just so I could be sure, was all smiles and patience...I truly appreciated that.
  The whole staff has been amazing and very accommodating.
  Marybell is awesome!! She was quick to respond to any questions or concern I had.
  So far the whole experience for me has been great! And did I mention I truly LoVE my apartment!!
